"How you persuaded your friends/family that you dont went completly crazy ?"
Wenn mich jemand schief anschaut, weil ich vor 'nem Berg Bananen sitze, sag' ich einfach immer, dass ich mir vorgenommen habe, mehr Obst zu essen. :D

im well again at the beginning.
I started a year ago without knowing what i did, becuase i was not able to eat anything else then fruits and vegetalbes and some few grains, bread, and potatoes; and sometimes also things like peanut,/macadamia nut butter and after sometime i was 90% raw fruit eater but not that low on fat but then i found this group and i was persuaded to go down on get rid of the nuts to a "normal" amount.
But then i moved again and my habits changed and i went back to cooked food and i was eating raw in between and cooked again.
And now i make a new starting over about raw, slow because a too quick turn will through me back too quick.
Now im like 60% lfrv and40% "cooked" like potatoes, rice, grains, and other vegetables that need to be cooked i still like to eat musli too but all vegan.
So i try to spare out cooked food

I'm on 811 for about 2 month and I love it. I get an abundance of energy from living of fruits.
My main calorie source are my Banana/Date smoothies but I eat all fruits I can digest and a lot of veggies. :)
Usually I have about 15kg of bananas at home, so they get a chance to ripen...

wonderful piece per piece we get more :). What is your surrounding (family/friends) saying about your new way of eating ?
Permalink Reply by Patrizio Bekerle on October 24, 2011 at 5:58pm They are shaking their head of course. :)
But there ARE friends who are adopting parts of what I'm doing, and that's great!
