I thought Malaysian Borneo was DEC - JAN ..... but once again don't quote me .... where you earth building .... ???? Somewhere near Chang Mai ... ?????

thanks jesse , will probably go down malaysia and perhaps borneo in march after i finish my earth building here , hope to find there good wild durian trace.......

I'd probably say Bali ..... just from what I've heard not first hand ... saw trees flowering in Bukit Lawang North Sumatera ...they said come back April ....  I will get someone's hand phone number you can call for a report closer to the date ..... but yeah all the other places in Sumatera likely to be finished by then .. by May THailand and Malaysian seasons happening  ...... ?????

Bali is in peak season at that time, I'm pretty sure. Don't know where else would be really kicking then.

hi , for those used to asian durian , do you confirm that thaï morn thong are really overtreated , and were to go in  feb/march to get good(wilde?) ones? malaysia?

They don't weigh them here ..... just eyeball them and tell you a price .... maybe 80 cents a kilo ..... ???? I will have to weigh some ...... trying to post photos now ...... indo upload ..... ?????

Sumatera durian season in full swng  ..... Lake Toba has them .... Bukittinggi has them ......... feels good to be back in the saddle ...... photo evidence coming shortly ...
