Comment by HolisticHealthDetective on May 2, 2012 at 2:40am I moved to CR in 2003 with my cat and dog. You need airport dimension carriers, and a travel certificate and vaccine records. Rabies vax must be done within 30 days of travel and indicated/signed by the travel vet. Sorry if that's a bit vague, but it sounds about right. That was nearly a decade ago!
