What do you recommend in terms of timing of eating and how much water to drink with practicing bikram regularly?
-I've heard "no eating 2 hours before"... is that still with fruit/veg (quicker digestion)?
-how much water do you drink daily?
-do you frequently recommend coconut water?
-time of day? (can you do bikram in the morning with not having eaten anything?)
