Cool Alicia, I think I'm justo bong at a good clip now, believe me I have those times when it swings back around and it's hard to get through class. The more I relax though the easier it gets.

Today I went to my 7th consecutive day of class - and I have a weird tweak in my neck......My goal is to do 30 consecutive days......I hope this kink works itself out!

Bikram has yet to feel effortless for me - I look forward to that day.

I was away from class for a month and in returning I can definitely feel the loss of the progress I had made - I know there is muscle memory because it is coming back pretty quickly though.

I appreciate all the support on the group!

Thanks!

I love Bikram, I'm going like everyday now and it feels effortless at times but so healing!

Thanks for the share, we travel and hour once a week for class and it is soooo worth it!!!! It puts us right after a long weekend of working on others doing massage. Do not know anything about costs rica or Thailand, have a great trip where ever you choose to go! Blessings

Finally able to start bikram again! Driving an hour and a half everyday for a month to Marietta, ga but oh so worth it! Finished my first class and hanging around town til the next, love love love doubles!!!
But looking into going to costa rica in february and want to keep up bikram, has anyone found an affordable studio accommodation there? I'm not looking for a week long $1500 dollar retreat more like staying in a raw food community for a month and looking for one near a bikram studio...anyone know???
So tired of doing it for a week here or month there and not keeping it because of travel almost contemplating not going to costa rica and just moving to thailand sooner rather than later since i know they have studios where I'll stay...anyways so happy it was magical being back just had to share real quick!!! :)
