Comment by Alicia M Ojeda on February 9, 2012 at 1:43pm Today I went to my 7th consecutive day of class - and I have a weird tweak in my neck......My goal is to do 30 consecutive days......I hope this kink works itself out!
Bikram has yet to feel effortless for me - I look forward to that day.
I was away from class for a month and in returning I can definitely feel the loss of the progress I had made - I know there is muscle memory because it is coming back pretty quickly though.
I appreciate all the support on the group!
Thanks!
