30BaD note: juicing (without the pulp) is not ideal for most people, it's far better to eat the whole fruit. why?

Comment by Itsy Sweeney on June 3, 2012 at 1:35pm Thanks Rachelle for the date website! Anyone else have a good date connection with good prices? I'd like to find really good deals on bulk dates. Thanks! Itsy
Comment by Rachelle Udelll on June 3, 2012 at 10:18am Sheri, I order my dates from here: http://www.oasisdate.com/browse/date-varieties
They have organic medjools as well, but I love the honey dates and the barhi dates. :)
Comment by Rachelle Udelll on June 3, 2012 at 6:49am All right, ya'll. My fridge is stocked with LOADS of yummy fruit and veg, I've got bananas ripening on my countertop, and I'm about two days away from a 10lb shipment of organic dates! I've been transitioning slowly ever since my 2-week "trial run" back in April, but now I'm all set to go 100%. Any love, light and support you can give would be greatly appreciated!
Comment by Marina Rina on June 1, 2012 at 10:30pm Hi guys,
Finally after few months of transitioning I went 100%!! Its been 6 days and how strange its not even hard! Im feeling good and even have started running every other day. And I used to hate it haha
I have couple of questions:
First of all I feel absolutely fine and have not experienced any detox symptoms yet. Not that Im aware of at least. My head gets a bit cloudy after drinking 15 banana smoothies but only after about 2 hrs and it goes away after I have a salad. Im thinking it could be some weird reaction too so much sugar at once, coz im not used to that? Do you have any ideas where is that dreading detox? J
And I also have a new crazy craving for mushrooms! I can go through a pack at a time on its own and find them so tasty even without salt! Wonder what is it in mushrooms that my body could be craving?
Comment by SoulSparkled on May 30, 2012 at 9:17pm Hi there!
I have been doing a vegetable juice each day, mixed fruit and veggies.
Eating fruit throughout the day, with a bit of crunchy veggies like carrot and celery and capsicum.
Having a handful of nuts and a fruit or green smoothie.
Then having a vegan dinner and a hot vegan drink or tea.
Is this an OK typical day?
I am finding that I have diahorrea a bit :-/ from all the fruit intake!!! What can I do to calm that down?
and I am also noticing that my teeth and gums are more sensitive then usual - so I've read that washing your mouth out after fruit based meals can be a useful thing.
Any tips or advice would be helpful as I'm starting out...
