30BaD note: juicing (without the pulp) is not ideal for most people, it's far better to eat the whole fruit. why?

GOING ALL THE WAY
I haven't been able to go all the way raw yet. I still feel strongly every day about going for that cooked food meal or two. I am thinking to myself while I am eating that I know it's not necessary and its not for my highest good. I know I could be enjoying life more with the health that all raw would assist me in creating.
I have seen amazing results in these last couple of weeks with high fruit and vegetable mostly raw days. But I always go to that cooked meal at some point in the day. I would really like to see what it would be like how I would feel if I did all raw for one full week. (I mean the results are so good with part raw imaging if I increased it!!!!!!!!!!!!)
So this is a shot out to the universe. Please assist me in every and any loving way possible to LET GO and LET MYSELF be raw AND be SANE RAW for one week. That is all. To see how I feel. Thank you!

Comment by Michael McKay-Fleming on April 16, 2012 at 12:49pm @ Lekoma Akate Very interesting. I first realized how different organic and pesticide fruits and vegetables can be when I tried organic pineapple. I couldn't eat fresh pineapple because it would burn my lips but out of curiosity I tried some organic ones and no burning. I've tried experimenting and it's always the same. No burning with organic, burning with pesticide.
Hi Everyone, It has been awhile since I posted. Some of the problems I have had which caused other problems for me are, not liking the taste of the water I drink ( I add different fruit slices to it so I get my water in), (that was hard), not wanting to exercise ( I got bored) ( I liked Duriander's comment which basicly said this is supposed to be fun so go out and have fun. In the beginning you may not feel its fun because you are out of shape but its my fault that I got that way and I will enjoy it soon if not now )( I used to really enjoy it!) I am doing better with that in my mind.( There are alot of 5K's and 10 K's now which I will attempt ( of course walking not running at this point )I am not that bad but I guess I can't believe I let myself get this out of shape. I do not wish to get injured either. Also it is hard to eat alot of fruit if you feel stuffed ( I heard this is a process) Also I am not eating salt which was hard to give up but I actually wanted to make progress on this plan so I did it. I gave up vinegar which was hard too. I am not buying very many standard refrigerator condiments once we have used them up.( Read what Dr. Graham says about it you will give it up) I also want to say that I enjoy Smoothies but I like Savory over sweet still. Also my family is changing but if you have one like mine they can make it harder. However they hate to make dinner and I don't mind that much. So I have some ideas to help them progress toward 80/10/10. I wish everyone progress on this plan and to have fun in their life too.

Comment by Michael McKay-Fleming on April 14, 2012 at 5:34am Not only is OJ pasteurized the process to store the juice before hand basically removes all flavour, before it is sold flavour is added. Here's a link with some other food industry related secrets. http://www.cracked.com/article_19433_the-6-most-horrifying-lies-foo...
Having said that I also find it extremely frustrating that fresh fruits and vegetables are insanely more expensive than their canned, juiced, and frozen counterparts.
