30BaD note: juicing (without the pulp) is not ideal for most people, it's far better to eat the whole fruit. why?

Comment by jimmy on April 12, 2012 at 7:53pm I doubt if its anything to do with calories,if you were hungry from the day before you would probably be energetic and ravenous
Comment by jimmy on April 12, 2012 at 7:50pm Could be anything really, even some virus, hopefully it will pass.If you have an appetite eat,if not maybe just rest and stay hydrated, after a good nights sleep see how you feel.
All the best!
Comment by Nash4343 on April 12, 2012 at 7:43pm This probably as been addressed a thousand times on here but I have to say that today I am extremely tired! Lifting my arm is like lifting a 50 pound weight. I had energy when I woke up. I had 6 bananas this morning. Could I be so tired because I didn't get all my calories in yesterday? I am even to tired to research this today. I am going back to lay down.
Comment by Nash4343 on April 12, 2012 at 6:28pm @jimmy, I so like your way of thinking :)
Comment by jimmy on April 12, 2012 at 9:33am Hey Courtney,
If you like avocado's eat them, you will naturally balance their oil content with other fruits and vegetables over the course of the day or few days.ALL fresh fruit and vegetables contain healthy oils,we're not talking about trans fats here or hydrogenated oils,GMO canola, etc in plastic bottles on supermarket shelves, or all the unhealthy fats found in the SAD,big macs, kentucky fried, processed tropical oils like palm,etc,etc,etc,etc........
Comment by Courtney Patrick on April 12, 2012 at 8:51am thanks! sounds good to me! I love eating! and I love fruit!
Comment by Jerome Carrette on April 12, 2012 at 7:54am I would say it when you're hungry and until you're full ;-) that should do
Comment by Courtney Patrick on April 12, 2012 at 7:52am Ok so I have another question. I am three months pregnant ( perfect timing to try something new and get healthy) I know I need to eat enough calories in the first place but how many should I eat while pregnant? Do I just go up 250 calories each trimester and then 500 in the third trimester like normal diet or is it significantly more? And are there any fruits I should stay away from?
Comment by Courtney Patrick on April 12, 2012 at 7:05am Thank you so much for all the advice! that kinda makes me sad though because I actually LOVE avocados!!!! I'll have to just eat one every once in a while as desert or something. I'll definitely be checking out cronometer thanks again!
Comment by Bethany on April 9, 2012 at 5:17pm So, I went from a vegetarian from teh ages of 13-19, then vegan 19-22, and May 28th I am moving to California and I'm all prepared and STOKED to try Raw Vegan for a solid 21-30 days! I got my juicers, spiral slicers, and sprouters all saved in my amazon shopping cart...! My body is ready for at least a 75% raw vegan diet and 25% cooked vegan (as of now!) but for those 21-30 say I plan to rock the solid 100% I'm excited and I'm usually a cold turkey kinda girl, but I just recently came across HCRV.... I'm still gathering research and trying to figure this out. I don't know if my body wuold handel 3000 calories of fruit a day! I'm not skinny or obese btw... I'm pleasently curvy and a strong women. So, gosh should i try raw vegan before this hcrv? Oh, I'M so lost... I'm thinking of juice fast 7 day then 14 days of raw vegan food... for my raw vegan test drive.... :/ love love love laugh laugh laugh!
