Comment by jimmy on April 7, 2012 at 4:00pm Eat bread?,in what situation?,when we cant get enough fruit?
Comment by Udoka Omenukor on April 7, 2012 at 3:42pm Hey guys. I'm trying to adjust here, but I seem to eat too much fat. I do not eat enough fruit because I get "tired" of eating quickly. To fill up, I end up eating cooked vegetables or nuts. I am getting too much fat to stay 100% on the fruit. Any tips to reduce fat as I try to ease my way to increasing how much fruit I can eat? Also, its hard to be buying so much food. Recently, Freelee has been saying eat bread. That would fill me up, but I do not agree that one should eat bread just to stay high carb.
