I have been reading 80-10-10 and Dr. Graham mentions starting with 3-4 meals and working your way down to 1-2 meals per day. I have only just started this diet (starting my 3rd week tomorrow) and find that I need to eat about every 2-3 hours. I am consuming 300-500 calories at a time which fills me up. Any thoughts on what way is better?

Permalink Reply by pedallinraw on April 16, 2012 at 5:06am well you cant really eat to much fruit i dont think,just make sure your getting enough,experiment by how you feel after more bananas or dates,if your into walking,running,cycling you will soon know in a short time what you need to fuel your body,it will tell you!!!,drink plenty of water to,as harley says its fuel for life,what ever your upto,sat in an office,playing with your kids(if you have them),just life!!!,if your feeling grouchy eat more fuel your brain!! :),also another thing is how regular you have bowel movements by how much and what your eating,different fruits have different affects,melons are very fast at getting to work etc..you will know.
