Does anyone know where I can find besides the 80/10/10 a book that has specifics about what I can eat and not eat? I have already lost 5lbs in less than a week. Which I think is great and I feel great. But I still want and sometimes crave cooked food. But the funny thing is that the food I crave is soup. Any idea or help will be greatly appreciated. If this has been discussed already please paste a link for me thanks!
I started on Sunday July 21, 2012 I weighed 228 lbs. I know weigh 223.6 lbs I weighed in today.
