I was really concerned about weight loss on 2500 -3000 calories a day. And I had heard you can gain before you lose on this way of eating. But I lost another 4 pounds this week. An interesting thing that I've noticed this week (this is week 2) is that my body is changing shape. Not just getting smaller... but changing shape also. Very interesting to me.
How is weight loss going for those of you who are wanting to shed fat?
