30 Bananas a Day!

Okay, so I've been a pretty bad newbie ... :( I've been trying to stick to LFRV, but I have kept giving in to cravings for cooked vegan food or worse, chocolate. :( 

HOWEVER! After watching Freelee's latest video on transitioning to LFRV, I really like the meal plan guidelines she layed out and I am newly inspired to do a 30 Day challenge. Starting with being raw till supper and then having LFV cooked food like potatoes or sweet potatoes appeals vastly to me. I just need a buddy, and this is the best place for me to look for one. :) Is anyone interested? We could even form a group if possible!

I just watched that video, too!  It was great.  I've been trying to do the same thing - but, have been giving in to mostly processed foods. 

I'm very all-or-nothing and have been trying to go entirely 100% raw (lfhc); but, maybe this transition is a better way.

I'm interested in a buddy or joining your group.

Yes, I wanted to do it all at once too - that's how I went vegan 9 years ago! But somehow it's not working as well for raw now. So it looks like we might get a little group going, which would rock. :)

I have no cravings but I find it hard to eat that much fruit and I tend to eat too much fat (I'm around 15-20% fat these days) "roofing" at 1500 cal, 1900 at best...

So if you want to create a 30 day challenge support group, I'm in ;-)

Sweet! Thanks for replying. Fat is a weakness for me too. Gee, did I mention chocolate?!! But we can get away from that. :)
