Hey,
I've been drinking my green tea in the mornings and a cup of milk thistle tea at night (to alleviate some of this serious bloating I've been experiencing since I started eating 811, earlier this week).
I realize that boiled water is obviously ''cooked'' and not raw, but I'm curious if boiled water can actually affect the effects of this diet.
Also, has anyone experienced bloat on this diet in the beginning? It's really frustrating.
Thanks :)

Could you accept my friend request so that I could send you a personal message? Just feel more comfortable and also theres something I want to ask you, as I havent been feeling well and I think all of these dates might be contributing to constant, runny stools and heart palps, I'm pretty concerned because I have underlying heart murmur and it's been acting up past few days...not sure why I am writing in bold now. Whatever.
Also my email is kerri.tamar@gmail.com if hats easier.
Thank you!!!!!!

Permalink Reply by Kerri Tamar on February 28, 2012 at 12:15pm Very cool; I did not realize this- I thought that the water had to be above a certain temperature in order for there to be a chemical release. Thanks for the info! I will use hot water from my faucet tonight and see how it turns out.
Permalink Reply by Kerri Tamar on March 5, 2012 at 9:08pm I made sun tea this summer in vermont with lemon balm, which was f-ing AMAZING...do you know anything about making sun tea in the middle of the winter in brooklyn ? :) I wonder if it works! Can I use tea bags or what? The only time i made it, we used fresh whole lemon balm leaves (which unfortunaeely cannot attain here)....
Thank you Lekoma
