Hello, I've just started eating raw and mostly fruit. I love fruit but I don't think my teeth do and I already have sensitive and receding gums. If you have some tips on avoiding dental problems they're most welcome! :)

Make sure to get enough vitamin D, either from the sun when it's strong enough to make D in your skin, or from D3 supplements when the sun isn't strong enough or when you can't get enough sun when it is strong enough. Sufficient D is needed both for strong bones AND strong teeth. A good article on the D issues are here.
NOTE: Due to time constraints, I will not be following this discussion, but I can be messaged.

If you eat dried fruit, soak it overnight before eating.
Pineapples makes my teeth sensitive, so I avoid them - is there a particular culprit for you? Perhaps I was eating unripe pineapple?
