Does anyone have specific adrenal advice relevant to 811? Is it pretty much safe to just eat according to plan and trust that adrenal depletion/exhaustion will stabilize? It sounds like the fruit feeds the brain so well that stress perception changes, which would lighten the load. Do I need to be concerned about anything like the sugars or intervals at which I eat?
