Comment by fig on Wednesday yes fruity fitness low fat high carb is so key to my success with this. I struggled with depression and pain in my body for years. I also have alot of weight to lose but its been coming off so fast I feel blessed. I don't really believe in conventional medicine so I never even talked to a doctor about it. Just thought that I would have to deal with it for the rest of my life. But through doing research on the net I found 801010. It just started to make sense then read the china study and breaking the food seduction by Dr Neal Barnard and you-tubing alot of information. I took a leap of faith also and I think that it strengthens us to know we can cure ourselves and listen to our bodies. I wish you the highest success Fruity. <3

Comment by fig on Wednesday day 5 banana island...feeling great... lost a total of 13lbs still so shocking. I drink about 3 liters of water of course. I actually feel like drinking water is way more of a challenge than eating bananas but its important to hydrate so i just suck it up. Yesterday was 40 bananas day before about 35. Today I'm gonna blend bananas because I found myself eating in these long periods and it was taking so long to get them down. Biggest issue is sleep. I have alot of energy so I literally have to force myself to sleep. haha laying in the dark wishing myself to sleep it too funny sometimes. :)

Comment by baba yaga on May 1, 2013 at 2:25pm Going on banana island tomorrow! Aiming for 3-4 days before introducing other fruits. I've been off this lifestyle for a long while (note to all: STAY on this lifestyle!) and I think this will be the perfect transition back. If anyone else is on here, drop me a line and let me know your experiences!
