i'm on day 4 of banana island.
so far so good! i ate one small bowl of raw miso soup though yesterday evening because i was super chilled - a MISTAKE! felt awful. back to 100 percent bananas and water today.
my main question. are there any concerns with doing this while breastfeeding?
so far my supply has been fine, but i don't want to push my luck. concerned that i'm only gettting about half of my protein requirements a day, according to my calculations.
any thoughts? advice?
