I'm thinking about doing banana island so i can make sure i get enough calories. It doesn't take any carb counting to eat 30 bananas haha

I am starting Banana Island as soon as my Bananas are ripe. I went into Whole Foods today and bought 2 cases of Organic Bananas for $72. I was about to say heck no but then I remembered that I used to pay double that amount on medications and so i bought them because my health is worth it. I think they'll be ripe by Friday. In the meantime, I'm going to try to Dates Island. How is everyone doing on Banana Island?

I am looking to transition to the RT4 lifestyle and have decided to do a banana island cleanse first to clean out my system. I'd love to have a buddy to chat with during my journey. I live in washington state and I'm wondering where the best places are to buy my produce so it isnt so expensive. I am looking for a wholesaler but any advice, comments and encouragement would be great!

Day two on banana Island! Coming from vegan, but not low fat. So much energy!! A little gassy, but I NEED to drink more water! It's hard to eat so many bananas. But I get them for $15.99 per case(40 lb) but I went into the grocery store and they had 2 huge boxes of RIPE bananas for $2 each!!!

Going back to banana island think I'll try 10 days this time. Made it for 1 week last time. I had too much salt in my dinner last night and my fingers are all puffy this morning. Can barely take one of my rings off.

First time doing banana island and I was wondering if it is okay to add coconut sugar to my banana smoothies? I usually do but I want to clense and I don't want the coconut sugar to hold up the process.
