I do not live in Austin (I would love to though!) At this moment I live in Waco but when my hubby comes back from this deployment in a few months I will be living some where near FortHood (because we have too) But I plan on coming down there for food there was not much in the FortHood area when it came to orgainc's and I never managed to meet any vegans. I am not 100% yet but I just read Self healing Colitis and Crohn's and I am working on applying it to my life. I have sever Crohn's and have been inching towards orgainc vegan life style but now I am jumping in with two feet. I already feel wayyy better than i think I have ever felt. I am only at 75% its the dang dairy that I am having a bit of trouble with... but I am only a few weeks in and the book said not to go to fast if you are a sever case. I am also having trouble because ALL my family and friends (except my big sister in Cali) are meat and potaotos kind of people. Anyways I am stoked about getting to chat with real vegans! And hopefully go to a potluck once I am down there :)
