Hi all,

cecilie malene, I would like to ask you if in the retreat not only they were open but did they also give you lots of ripe fruits and veggies to eat? Cause I used to love to go to yoga and meditation retreats and now on this lifestyle I was sadly concluding that things would get more complicated...

Do you remember the name of the retreat?

Thanks in advance

Hi Cecilie, Thank you for the suggestion, looks very interesting. I see they do a 30 day retreat - sounds like heaven! I'll look into their retreat further :)

Hey lucid, I would go to the Koh Phangan yoga retreat on koh phangan. That was the place that introduced me to astanga and they were very open about my 811 lifestylechoice

Hello all! :)

I am looking for a residential retreat combining raw/80-10-10 with Ashtanga Yoga tuition and practice. Somewhere warm and naturally beautiful, where the fruit is ripe! If you have any information to share, I would be most grateful :)

I am a lapsed practitioner, and really missing the deep tranquility Ashtanga gave me. GOing on a retreat is not necessary to kick start practice, but I would love to take the time out to have such an uplifting experience.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help! xx
