Kenya is a wonderful place if you wish to visit, vegan that's the place to be .we have fresh fruits and most of them are organic.within the Nairobi city come to Hawkers Market for Vegetables and Varieties of Fruits.

Have started the project of 10 hectares passion and bananas growing in the Nandi Hills.

Trying to stay RAW here - I am mostly but the cooked "social" thing here is Big...sometimes I want to share in the social but not offend...so I eat before and sometimes have a lightly steamed Veg. but it's so laden in Salt stuff....I havent perfected this art of enjoying Chinese culture without poisoning myself yet...I will never give up though...any advice? Any of you out there in China?

@ Maria Luiza Paes Leme, I think that is a fabulous idea! I also think that you could possibly turn more people over to the 811 lifestyle by showing them how deliciously simple it can be :) I wish you luck with it and let us know when you have it going. Perhaps I’ll have to take a trip :D
