I used to live in Baldwin before moving to a more comfortable environment here in South Florida. And when you specify an age range with people living a very healthful lifestyle, you may want to specify C.A. or R.B.A (Chronological Age or Relative Biological Age). R.B.A. is ones age relative to the general population. For example, my C.A. is 56 but my R.B.A. is more like 36. I'm guessing your R.B.A is more like 32 going on 31? :)
