How is it that when I walk home from my green grocer just now I get some guy gawk at me from his car and from what I could lip read "f** you're so f** hot, woah" with his mouth hanging open. And…Continue

I am just curious why so many people in this group do not have their age displayed... While I get the idea that 'age doesn't matter' (especially with this diet) - it really does with certain aspects…Continue

It's easy to relocate, just turn the key and go! And it has made me come to appreciate a minimalist lifestyle. Very freeing, lots of options.

Comment by Joy on May 5, 2011 at 2:37pm I agree with the guys!! I recently dated someone that wasn't 811 but was WAY into fruit (they still ate rice proteins, have mercury fillings, cooked foods, etc, etc, etc)...and it became clear that it is so much more than just the food now. Natural hygiene, for me, is a way of living - beyond the food - choices about everything evolve from it (811 is definitely a major part) - and a partner has to match that for me. Granted, health/healing/simple lifestyle is a HUGE part of my human path and evolution..and so it plays a much bigger role for me - someone else on 30BAD may not care because it may not be something driving their life path...
Not to mention, I want a partner that is going to challenge me (either indirectly or directly) to be a better, healthier and more fabulous person (whoop whoop!) Someone that doesn't subscribe to this lifestyle, in my eyes, would not stimulate this desire in me. Whaa whaa whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Comment by Moiraine Damodred on May 5, 2011 at 12:30pm I just have to ask, but would prefer not to clog the discussion section...does anyone prefer to never date outisde of the 811 pool? ;P
It just seems like they mostly smell terrible, and are not willing (at least at first) to embrace or accept your lifestyle! Unfortunately, due to limited 811lfrv'ers in my area, I've had to resort to this dating pool that's more local--grrrr!
Mmk... 26/female/yes
...which is to say, I dont currently live anywhere in particular - so a traveler would be a plus. Currently I'm heading off to Thailand for a bit, then back to Woodstock, then Sedro Woolley... then... either California or Brazil er somethin...
I'm straight
Uhm... just listed my year's plans, that plus homework and recording.
So... yea. My computer is ambivalently crashing in slow motion, so I cant see the other questions I was supposed to answer, if there were more... so I'll... come back I guess....
Comment by Joy on April 17, 2011 at 12:45am Drat! ;-) I was just on the border (just East of Sedro) and would have loved to join y'all!! I would love to go to Dr. G's Sedro Woolley gig but have made a promise to myself to be somewhere warmer by fall..
Is there an event page around here where you can post? Would be groovy!
