Hi, Everybody, I hope everyone is having a good day! My mistakes so far are not drinking enough water, or working out enough, or getting enough sun, or still including a little salt on my tomatoes in my salads. I have no desire to eat flesh. That is not a problem for me. By the way I really enjoy tomatoes but would also like to enjoy less bloating from the salt. I think I am getting to the point to be able to really put the salt away. I am increasing my sun exposure which can really mess you up if you don't get enough.( I learned that) That has helped me! So I am coming along. I eat alot of bananas, dates every other day, mango everyday. I alternate green smoothies and salads every other day.I feel good but am seeing there is more to do to meet the rules. I do have forward motion! Good Luck to All!
Hi, Everybody, I am repeating a comment but it works so I will repeat myself. If anybody has to cook for others not on the plan, Fruit up, first. It works pretty well.
Comment by Datiger on February 14, 2012 at 7:57pm I'm still cooking a little bit, but I'm doing so good! Like 5 months ago I went Vegan and I'm never going back and don't have a problem with it. Going completely raw has just been hard to look at. I need to read 80/10/10!!!!!!!
My meals:
Water before my meals and sometimes juiced with some apple
Breakfast: Bananas
Lunch: Random fruit or oatmeal
Dinner: Steamed veggies or salad and rice or pasta
This diet seems great to me, it's hard for me to grasp going full on raw, but it seems way more natural than going to an oven and heating something up.
Comment by Partera on February 4, 2012 at 5:04pm Hi all... Can someone tell me if durian is considered an "overt?"
Comment by Rachel Ngom on February 4, 2012 at 6:35am @Nicole, overts are in the context of 'overt fat' so any fatty food like almonds, avocados, etc.
Comment by Nicole Scales on February 4, 2012 at 4:39am Can someone tell me what "overts" are I keep hearing people use that word. dont recall reading in the book 811...should probably re read it.
