hey everybody! :)
my name is Shy (for real!), i'm 23, a vegan for the past 6 years, and going on and off of 811 for the past months.
I love it! but i guess i'm missing something, because although i really enjoy fruiting myself, every few days i have a serious junk food attack(s).
so i decided to challenge myself with 100 days of raw, and i hope it will give me the motivation not only to avoid junk, but also learn more and hopefully i will understand my past failures.
i would love a-n-y advice you have, big or small.

My only advice would be to work yourself up to it - start with a 10 day challenge, extend it to 30, then extend it to 100. This way you are not under as much pressure and won't be as hard on yourself if you do slip up a bit.
