Can anyone tell me how to check if a zucchini is ripe and ready to eat?
I notice I digest some better than others, I'm still unsure how to check for ripeness and how to tell which ones will be juicier..
Thanks in advance!

thank you for answering! That makes sense... sometimes when I buy them they are already soft which is strange... i wonder if they just don't sell that much and end up over-ripening in the store?

Thank you so much guys!
