A fine January morning to everyone!
I've found myself on this kick of pulling up youtube workouts, and turning my living room into my play space. I'm looking for flexibility exercises. I m fairly flexible for a short, American, female, 26, I can still do front splits on both legs. Middle splits I haven't gained back since a auto accident in 2006. Any suggestions or persons that could help i'd appreciate it. Thanks.
P.S. anyone care to weigh in on the Tracey Anderson Method?
