30 Bananas a Day!

What to do with the white gel-pulp stuff in a young coconut?  Other than in a smoothie...any ideas?  I don't really care for it mono.  The water was delish!  TIA

Oh, come on, I know you have suggestions...spill 'em! LOL
i would do this:

put it in the blender with orange juice and vanilla to get a creamy orange-y vanilla thickish cream and then put it in the ice cream maker. i think that sounds delicious but i haven't done it, yet.
Thanks, Hannah! I didn't think it would combine well with mango or dates/bananas, so I blended it with oj! Really good...
mango coconut icecream!!!
ok-I'm totally new here and his is my first post....so I hope I'm not way off here. All of the other suggestions sound fantastic, but I wanted to add that you can make an AWESOME jerky out of it....but you need a dehydrator. Am I correct in assuming that a dehydrator is a big NO NO here?
Thanks for the ideas!

Depending on where u're at in your transitionig, or how strict you are, you can always blend it with semi frozen bananas and mangoes with a little raw organic rice syrup...maybe some spices. Depending on how strict you are and your tastes...yummy! Makes a sweet, simple, mouselike or, when reforzen, icecream-like dessert.
