i feel someone must shine the spotlight on the dangerous misleading yet sincere advice from the sincerely wrong 'raw leaders' that have recently toured australia. their longterm diet approach is confusing, unsustainable and depended on pills, potions etc. what happend to taking control our actions instead of relying on a multitude of pills? anyways getting back to the undereating, starvation plans..

the trend in the raw food movement today is 'eat less! eat less!, become more spiritual on less food! and buy my raw emotions book for when your close to suicide cos your blood sugar is so low and youve been running on ketones and your body is letting you know via depression that this is not a healthy direction..

i emailed various people after fred bisci's talk and they said 'eating less food is better!'

monarchs latest newsletter talks about how you must 'learn to eat less'. and 'a little fruit is ok for breakfast..'

clement says 'fruit is cancer fuel!! its gotta be greens! greens! greens!' BUT CLEMENT LEAVES OUT THE PART HOW HE GETS MOST OF HIS CALORIES FROM COOKED FOOD!! so many peeps are suprised when i mention this after they come to me from trying to live on anne wigmore energy soup rations of around 400cals a day and then they hit a brick wall emotionally and physically..

my question to you is 'if undereating was so healthy, how come anorexics arent so vibrant and energetic? they undereat the most!

ive heard of raw fooders actually dying from organ failure cos they didnt consume enough calories longterm. i know one person that is close to 6ft and around 35kg and was adviced to do a 92 juice feast!! and they did it!

people say 'well these raw speakers get a lot of people to raw..' and i agree but people think raw is chocolate, raw pizza and fruit phobia! most newbies to raw eat less fruit than they did when they ate cooked!!!!! HOLLY BANANA!!

these raw leaders say 'dont worry about calories, just eat a little bit of food and meditate, take my supplements and youll be ok as long as you get some lettuce in..'

these raw leaders aint bad people, its just that they themselves do not have enough carbs to think properly. undereating healthy? look at the photos..

EAT ENOUGH FRUITS AND LEARN HOW TO ENSURE YOUR GETTING ENOUGH CALORIES FROM IT!! anything under 400g of carbs(2000cals) a day is a starvation plan i say, leading to progressive decline in health and vitality.

eat enough fuel so you have enough fuel to be active and this will generate more hunger and keep you on the healthy cycle..instead of fading away to sedentary depression..

david knows me so i will have to wear a wig and sit back row..:) or get someone else to drop the bomb..

then again, depends what daves message is..sometimes its just positive lifestyle tips and finding your dharma and sometimes its fungus talk..

yea this is somewhat counterproductive....are you vladamir or is he just shuttling everything you say to GITMR? I agree with what you're saying completely but the model thing is distracting no one is suggesting they eat just lettuce...remember they're the HIGH FAT people.

everyone agree that the people in the photo are undereating calories longterm? thats the point im trying to make. doesnt matter what they eat, they are undereating and i use that photo to highlight it.
I think the pictures help illustrate what you're saying brilliantly. I can hardly believe that these models would be working, they don't look attractive at all.
I have to say I think 811 is the be all end all! :)

How can you be anorexic and be following the 811 lifestyle? Were you getting enough calories?
Thanks for clarifying. Yes, mindset is important, which I think is included in 811 as emotional poise. There are a couple of people I know of who say they undereat on calories but maintain their healthy muscled appearance, so I guess you could be on the other end and following all the calorie and other recommendations while still being anorexic, except obviously you wouldn't have emotional poise.

The use of these pictures to illustrate what the recommendations are by some raw leaders to eat less still makes sense to me because this is what most people would look like eating less and less calories. Some people may be exceptions but if you look at pictures of masses of people on the same calorie lacking diet they mostly look like these pictures. Counting calories is a common reliable way to make sure you are on the mark with your food intake, what these raw leaders put out there does not make sense and if you really follow their plan this is what you will most likely look like just based upon the common physical reality.
Oh are you starting to get the idea that nutrition is interlinked and interdependent on various other lifestyle areas/factors? Are you starting to understand that your nutrition can be compromised easily might I say by having weak areas in your lifestyle. Are you realizing that Mental Poise has actually something to do with health, body composition, nutrition. Are you realizing that fasting might be necessary in order for you to absorb sufficient nutrients from your food, and realizing that a sewer does not absorb nutrients as good as a healthy digestive system. Are you realizing that maybe some activity / exercise might have something to do with gaining weight and health? Gee man you are on the right track, you are right I don't care if you are 811rv or have one area of health super strong if the rest are garbage your health is only going to reflect the truth, after all our report card of our lifestyle is our level of health that we enjoy. Man you are on the right track, just don't put down 811rv because in terms of nutrition area it is covering most of the points or shall we say pieces of the nutrition puzzle.

If you were anorexic then you weren't eating enough fruit. You were undereating.
