I bruise easily on my legs, but it got worse lately. I always find some random bruises that I have no idea where it comes from. Is it because of I am lacking some sort of vitamins? Should I eat more of some other fruits and veggies instead of just the bananas, melons, peaches, salad, tomato, avocado, cucumber, and nuts I've been eating?! Thanks for helping.

You may be low on platelets, one symptom of a low platelet count is bruising easily. I was diagnosed with having a platelet count of 60 recently, i had a spontaneous nose bleed back in March and had an anxiety attack a few weeks later, from that day i ate vegan and raw vegan a few weeks after that. I have an appointment with a haemotologist to investigate my low platelet count but i'm sure it must have been lower prior to my switch to vegan and i'm now bouncing back from it. Raw beetroot juice is good for increasing platelets and avoid melons as they reduce your platelet count.

Maybe I should go check with a doctor, or just eat a lot of beets like Stuart May suggested. I hope it gets better soon. Cause It looks awfully scary right now.
thanks!
