Hi I found one raw vegan friendly farm in Spain, but I am not sure if they provide lots of fruit to eat as well

Not a fruit farm, but Farm Sanctuary is an option, it is a vegan friendly farm, they have internships from 1 to 3 months duration.

Not all fruit, but like Eric said the Okanagan is great. You can find work anywhere picking fruit when it's in season, anywhere in the world really. I haven't had much experience woofing, though.
