Who else is making 2010 a 100% 811 year?
That will be my resolution. I have been dicking around for sooo long its time I commit to something. I KNOW IT WORKS. It is my DREAM to be all 811 all the time. I KNOW its what works. I KNOW IT.
ANYBODY ELSE?
I know some people doing all fruitarian year. That is a dream of mine too but I have to start somewhere I know works and satisfies me on all levels.
I just have to be prepared!

ive been using dates as a dressing. i have no blender so i just soak em or cut em up fine and then mash em with a fork in water until it becomes creamy. it is rocking my salad worl right now with some yummy cherry toms and celery and greens. mmm :)

I will do this! EVERY time I eat something not 811 I regret it. Even in a small way I regret it. I know I am my best on 811.

Part of it also includes more regular exercise, more sunshine (where do I get that?), more sleep, and more meditation/yoga/breathing+relaxing.

We leave on Jan 1. We're still in the Garden State where we survived the BLIZZARD last weekend.
I took pictures and videos of Andrew playing in the snow. He had fun, but he prefers warm weather!
I think knowing that we'll be in Panama soon keeps me postive! :)

Two and a half hours of skating in shorts today. Ah, splendid.
