Can anyone suggest a non toxic one along with after sun?
I know that our bodies with the right nutrition will look after themselves and we should have no worries but for us unlucky Brits we rarely get the chance for great weather and sunbathing so as soon as we get exposed for more than a couple of hours we tend to go nice and red!
And with a Summer holiday planned abroad I am getting a little concerned because after one day's hot weather here my partner and I are both like lobsters!
Any help would be very much appreciated!

Therefore Dehydration is the Source of the Symptom which is Sun Burn
Wherefore I say unto you
Anoint thy flesh with Oil, and drink the Water of Life
Coconut or Olive Oil are best, perhaps a good rubbing of Fresh Avocado
And you shall see no disease on thy flesh.
Whilst in Nature one must learn the right use of Alchemy, being the Mixing of different Elements to produce desired effects. Where there is too much Sun: let there be Water. Where the Soil is become mud, let the Sun dry up the Earth, and Air shall once again abide under that Soil, which is now moist with Water but not flooded, and it shall be a bed for Life to abide in. A place which has been made Holy by Earth, Sun, Water, & Air. And that Holy Land shall bring Joy to those who walk therein on thy Mother's flesh. And in the Garden of Delight there shall be many trees bearing fruit and shade for those who Work. Amen
