Hello All, I don't have health insurance and I don't have any doctor friends. All the places I'm seeing online require a prescription to buy the inject-able B-12. How do you guys get B-12??? Also, I want to do the injections at home. Any info is greatly appreciated!!!!

I order my shots from Trimnutrition in Florida:

Use promo code 'oathten' for 10% off.
It's the best stuff, fresh B12 grown on corn, methyl, no preservatives!
Permalink Reply by ka on March 26, 2012 at 1:55pm I'd like to do B12 injections, I just don't know if I could bring myself to sticking a needle in me. Maybe if it was a tiny needle... I'd hate to purchase them and then freak out and not be able to do them.
I was thinking of trying the injections at a clinic in town, but they only have cyanocobalamin injections. Since I've read that that's not the best form of B12, I don't know if it would even be worth it.
Not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

If you get the one I posted above, it comes with tiny insulin needles, it's painless to inject you just go a few millimeters under the skin into the fat, that's it! EASY!!! :)
Permalink Reply by oleg on March 27, 2012 at 2:36am always thought that you need to inject deep into the muscle ? does it work with the little ones ?
Permalink Reply by Rawbert on March 27, 2012 at 1:11pm No, sub-Q right under the skin in the fat is the best because of slower absorption.
Permalink Reply by Rawbert on March 28, 2012 at 2:47pm You absorb more because of the slower absorption.
They both go directly into the bloodstream but in case of the IM it gets eliminated faster vs. the sub-Q where they go into the tiny capillaries.
Check out Dr. Neubrander's work, he explains it in detail in the PDFs:

Permalink Reply by Rawbert on March 27, 2012 at 1:53pm 3 months.
Yeah you can get single 1ml shots but they aren't fresh, have preservatives and stuff..

Is it possible to complete the injections within 1.5 months? I know you are going to do it within 3 months and am curious if such high doses of B12 is safe (my current level is 215). I'll be leaving at the end of May and am not quite sure if a refrigerator will be available.
Thanks mate.

It is possible, but you're going to pee out the excess, it cannot harm you. During my 3 month course my pee turned pink when I injected larger doses :)
