It's actually very nutritious IMO. But you don't have to use wheatgrass, grab some grass from your back yard and throw it in a blender, a free superfood that is rich in minerals, enzymes and life force!!! Throw some dandilion, and mallow in threre too, bc these are also probably growing in your yard and they are amazing for health. Free greens.... I wish fruit was this easy to find free as well!!! Maybe in 20 years, after the human race awakens?!

I put grass from my back yard quite often in my smoothies.. it's free, without pesticides and nutritious ;-)

I think wheatgrass is also supergood.. I can't growit  at home, but I think the "normal gras" is also as good as wheatgrass :)

I do that too! Eating gras and leaves from the yard, garden or forest, that feels so good :)

you can't digest that you know why people juice it right?    sure i can see eating dandelions and other edible weeds but grass is not one of those.

i am not talking just about gras, but all kind of wild greens...

When you blend it it turns into green juice. Just that the fiber is still with it!
That's awesome, glad i'm not the only one :)

wow thats amazing!

now if you could apply general semantics to that...

Swami I read your story, great stuff. One thing though it is very  possible that just water fasting would have gave the same results. Your body was reacting to something you were doing to it creating the cancer (probably something you were eating). The moment you stopped that your body now had the ability to heal. It is a very strong possibility you would have got the same resultrs without the wheat grass.

yeah i dont do any wheatgrass - id rather be doing a banana or mango - i need carbs not protein - i get enough protein from my herbs and lettuces and wheat grass doesnt exactly excite me.

it is not human food.  we don't have 4 stomachs . so to extract just the nutrients and skip the cellulose fiber etc seems illogical.   what does DG say?   I mean i got her to stop kombucha and kim chi and was able to explain why they are not 811.   wheat grass is in no way soft leafy greens .   i need help here not people going against natural hygiene.  thanks Vegan Witch

that grass-eating animals are not spared from cancer, despite their large intake of fresh chlorophyll, seems to have been lost on Wigmore. In fact, chlorophyll cannot "detoxify the body" since it is not absorbed.

there is no evidence that this is beneficial. In fact, when challenged legally, Wigmore backed away from healing claims stating that she merely had an "educational program" to teach people how to "cleanse" their bodies and make vegetable juices

this makes the outdoor grass point , buy my mom grows all hers in humanure outdoors quite easily

any who purchase "fresh" wheatgrass juice don’t realize that it has not reached its full nutritional potential. Wheat grass grown outdoors in its natural climate has much higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and chlorophyll than tray-grown grass due to vast differences in the growth process.

he plant has a relatively high level of simple sugars and is not given time to convert these sugars into complex carbohydrates, vitamins, enzymes, and proteins. This may explain the quick burst of energy that some users experience immediately after drinking the juice. Said to be a complete food, wheatgrass is a source of beta carotene and the B vitamins, plus C, E, H and K, is said to contain 90 different minerals and 19 amino acids. 'More iron than spinach, more protein than meat, fish, eggs, beans or dairy produce', says one supplier.
