30 Bananas a Day!

I recommended the raw vegan lifestyle to friend of mine who answered back, that it's easy for me with my Type A blood to eat fruits and vegetables, but he must eat meat every day, because she's a type O.

Let prove her wrong! I'm pretty sure that the 30 BaD community represents all 4 blood types. So what's is yours?

I'm O+ and this is easy peasy for me. Even as a SAD eater, I've always been repulsed by meat and was very particular about how it was prepared when I did eat it.

Sounds like another excuse. It's all about mind-set and whether or not the person truly wants and it :)

Tell your friend that the blood theory has NOT been scientifically proven Anywhere.

Anyone who tried to duplicate the study failed.

Plus, that author is already moving on to "the gene diet", apparently it's all down to your genomes now..

I used to eat meat a lot..coming from a Peruvian background. I never LOVED it though...I mean..I did enjoy the taste with some rice and potatoes etc...but wasn't really a fan of it. Today, I don't crave meat. When I see it infront of me, it's pretty scary looking...dark looking...it almost gives me a headache just looking at uncooked and cooked meat. I don't feel it's part of my nature. I love fruit. I love a huge crunchy juicy flavorful salad. When I bite into a salad I go through heart orgasms. yEa.

 

My eyes have gotten clearer and I have great energy. I am putting this to test also with a bodybuilding routine. My trainer says I am doing great...and I have come to a place where others just starting heavy weight lifting couldn't really do it. With that being said, I am progressing and not falling behind. Living on fruit! :)
