30 Bananas a Day!

Have you guys seen this dude? I first saw him in a David Wolfe sales pitch/'magical longevity secrets' video. I imagine, based on the products he sells and the people he associates with, that he eats a typical high fat, low carb, calorie deficient diet. But he's pretty ripped! I don't know how good his actual athletic performance is, but his muscle size and vascularity is pretty impressive. Can anyone shed more light on what his actual lifestyle entails, and why he's so beefy?

Ya he looks great! I don't know what he eats but I like this video of him, just forward thru the wolfe, (Wolfe somehow missed Dr. Doug on his search, lol):

Wolfe has been looking for 20 years to unlock keys so what does that mean the last 19 years he has been BS people? lol

 

Good for Dr. Cassar that he got healthier.

Yeah. I'm just surprised he looks so athletic (again, don't actually know how good his performance is) given that most of the guys and gals in the high-fat world seem to be getting a bit portly.
they're not chunky because of eating too many nuts or avocados.

Vegetarian, high raw, organic. Not sure how much fruit is involved, but looks like plenty of sweeteners like honey, yacon, agave, etc. I'm surprised he looks as good as he does.

 

I still keep hoping Harley will jump in on this thread. This guy should be fun to talk about. He's not as easy as the chubby ones ;).

All that sun and Hawaii air has gotta help!

I wonder how much milk & egg protein he consumes. it's good for building muscle since they are the most highly rank proteins in terms of PER and biological value (i.e. promote more growth at lower dose), but high protein diets are not at all good for longevity. and animal protein is certainly not necessary to build muscle.

 

no doubt he's experienced a ton of benefits from cleaning up his diet and living healthier. if he's hitting the animal protein hard, I'm not sure it's the best plan long term.

Lots of crew keep it subjective of what they eat. Robert is another.

 

Sounds like a nice guy and its funny when he says 'You can see my viens, thats means Im very healthy..' Err, well I see plenty of junkees walking around here in Adelaide and its hot and they have their shirts off and are as ripped as can be. Dehydrated and havent eaten much for the last week. Ripped? 100%. Healthy? No way.

 

This chick is more ripped than Robert. Is she healthy? You decide...
