30 Bananas a Day!

Whats the difference between carbs that come from grains/bread and carbs that come from fruit and vegetables. or is there any?

Someone was trying to tell me that I needed carbs from bread.. just wanted clarification on the specifics

Also the grains are lacking vitamin C and the many other nutrients fruits offer. One could survive on fruit for years but someone eating just bread would drop dead like Fred who ate lead in a tool shed. sry lol... that sentence was falling down hill and couldn't be stopped!

yes long ago. barely remember anything about it!
the carbs in fruit are also held in high-water suspension, in other words, fruit is predominantly a high-water food, whereas grains are a very low-water product. fruit is hydrating and passes cleanly through the system, grains are dehydrating and turn to glue in the GI tract.
