Many doctors have said that I have anxiety and that I should get on a Phychiatric Anti-Depressant. I've heard that they're horrible!
Every day I think it's going to be my last. These episodes have been freaking me out, and all this pain has been horrible.
I know that a lot of people on here dissagree w/herbs, but it's a lot better than Psych drugs.
I need to do more research, but last night I bought some St. Johns Wort, Valerian Root and some Chamomile. Also I'm taking a 1/4 niacin=25mg because even with 1/4 I get a hot/burning reaction.
I also have been taking some warm showers and scrubbing hard to get my blood flowing and seems to help to relax.
Any recommendations!??!?!?! Thanks!

What has helped my anxiety/depression outside of doing of 100% living fruits vegetables and exercising, is
Fasting for parasite removal. Parasites are probably the root cause because most neurotransmitters are produced in the intestines and this is where everyone has parasites, screwing up the natural neurotransmitter levels. I'm talking about microbs - bacteria, fungi, viruses, in higher levels than what is normal. It is also possible to have a low grade infection in your brain. You should eliminate these as you continue on this diet and also by water fasting (buy multiple books on the subject and do it right, this is based on my personal experience)
5-htp also really helps as someone suggested. I would also recommend l-theanine for the anxiety. These should only be necessary until the brain is reprogrammed, which may take anywhere from a few weeks to years depending on your situation...
Do the breathe of fire and/or deep breathing before going to bed and upon waking up. Usually anxiety comes from disharmonious breathing patterns.
Also if you have any physical conditions that are causing the anxiety - pain, trouble breathing, you have to deal with those before you expect to see any progress.
lastly meditation, EFT and watching to this video and practicing it every single day will speed up the process dramatically!

Yea, my breathing has been really messed up. It's weird thinking you're not breathing, my whole body would feel like it's about to relax and then I feel like I'm gonna pass out, then I freak out and I start
hyperventalating and my chest and head keeps squeezing and shooting pains.
You were mentioning if I have any physical condition that they would have to be dealt with first. Most docs said that it's anxiety. I've been persistent thinking that it is physical and they haven't really found
anything. Except my blood pressure/pulse practically double when I'm standing or walking. I can't stand for longer than a minute or I'll feel like passing out.

Well, have you experienced having fevers as you cleanse on this diet??? Thats why I say infections in the body because most peoples bodies are being overtaken by parasites...
Your body is releasing so many toxins from a lifetime of poor diet and lifestyle. And this can make the anxiety worse because of all the excess neurotransmitters that have been stored in the body. As well as the imbalance of neurotransmitters that is caused by the toxicity that is released into the blood as the body eliminates more waste and excess fat and protein. Parasites have neurotransmitters of there own that they release into your body as well. They literally start to control your mind. Look up parasite mind control on youtube.
There is nothing wrong with you except for the fact that you've been clogging up your body your whole life. If you finally remove all of the stagnation and parasites, your body will balance itself and you will be able to reprogram your brain. Your attempts to reprogram yourself have probably failed because the initial root cause was not addressed.
Breathing also has a lot to do with it because, your breathing pattern how awake or calm your nervous system is. So deep slow breathing, and the breath of fire are extremely useful...

Depression is a complex, subjective experience and you wont get a quick-fix solution to it here. Diet and lifestyle are crucial to promoting psychological health, but that's only one factor. Get yourself in therapy.

Yes, exact same thing, here! I have ditched alcool many years ago, but I am right there with you about all the money and TIME spent on dealing with this when it was just diet...!
Yea, I covered up anxiety by being an alcoholic. I know what you're talking about. The next day I couldn't function, but when I drank it went away, I started to drink all day, it got bad.
Yea, I hear you. I keep getting the feeling of doom and a vertigo feel with lower back pain/teeth/breathing, I can keep going on and on and I had to drink. I was so dependant that I thought I was going to die, now I still feel it 3 1/2 months sober, but I know the drinking did a toll on me.
Yea, living in fear is not fun.
