Permalink Reply by Kerrigan on May 8, 2012 at 2:57pm I love listening to techno music. A fast-paced song or a song with uplifting lyrics can help put some pep in my step when I jog, and the beat helps me set my pace either below/above/with it. My absolute favorite song for jogging is Walk On Water by Basshunter. The lyrics are very uplifting!

Permalink Reply by Mickey Raw Frugivore on May 8, 2012 at 11:52pm I used to live on 5th floor - I often chose this as the first song when I went for a run. I would start the song on my iPod when closing the door to my apartment, and was often able to time it so the intro ended (after 1 min.) right about the time I reached the exit on the ground floor and began running. Great stuff! Nothing like thrash metal to get your adrenaline pumping! :D
