Swimming is where it's at ;)
But I still like cycling everyday for my only means of transport. And going for long runs getting that meditative feeling in your mind.
My favorite part about swimming is feeling relaxed, not dealing with sweat, and getting to go to a warm shower/hot tub straight after practice... :)
Surf, rock climb and run.
if you're too shy to run, do it at night when no one can see you! i like biking and football with the mates.
and why hasn't anyone said sex yet! great cardio plus good back, shoulder, and core workout if you're on top.
