I mainly eat romaine, baby spinach, and assorted Asian greens, but every so often I'll mix in green leaf, bib lettuce, butter crunch lettuce, cilantro, herbs, sea purslane, Brazilian spinach, Okinawa spinach, nasturtium, arugula, scallions, and edible hibiscus. Usually not all at the same time. ;)
Twice a day I visit my garden for greens for the smoothie. Mostly an organic summer lettuce mix (red and green leaf), mesculin mix and a bit of spinach or kale sometimes. I also eat a head of romaine each day and about 1/2 bunch of celery. When I'm out walking and get thirsty I'll eat some wild sorrel or dandelion, you'd be surprised at how quickly that can quench a thirst.
