Just wondering if you have an opinion on nut and seed cheeses. I've heard they can be a good source of acidophilus and amino acids, plus they are predigested and so easy to assimilate when compared to ordinary nuts and seeds in raw form.
Of course real raw nuts are hard to find, and also these recipes would be high in fat as well, I'm just wondering if there is a solution, as I have always enjoyed the taste of cheese, but I want to stick as much as possible to 80 10 10. It would be great to find some really good alternatives to lasagna and also hummus, but I can't seem to find good ones.
Sorry, I know this is all a bit 'gourmet raw' territory! :D
