30 Bananas a Day!

Do you have SAD food lying around or you do you make them HCRV dishes?

What do you feed them for dinner for example?

Inspiration please =D

My roommates and I do "family dinner" once a week, and each week a different person cooks for the rest of the house.  They're super accommodating and always either get me a bunch of bananas or a couple pineapples =]  When it's my turn, I make a huge 811 salad, buy a bottle of vegan caesar dressing(I don't use it obv, but EVERYONE loves caesar dressing) and tell them to bring their own add-ins.  Then I'll make a huge batch of either BAD cake (banana apple date), banana ice cream, or some other fruit concoction, and voila!  Freelee has a couple videos on how to make BAD cake, just look em up!  I think she calls it streudel/tiramisu.  Hope that helps!

+1 super idea Meesha! :)

A big ol salad ! Sometimes I will put extra fat on there to "hold them over" like avocado or something.
if you make it really beautiful and colorful, it is exciting for them most of the time :) especially since I grow most of the vegetables personally, and can share that with them as well. Dressing is super important
Sometimes if they are a little bit further from the "bandwagon," I will give them some sprouted grains , such as lavender rice, quinoa, or a baked sweet potatoe to hold them over.
They usually seem pretty content with that.
If there are closer , vegetarian , or really open, I stay completely raw.
If I want to stay raw (preferred) , I will make meatballs made from celery, spinach , zucchini, carrots, a bunch of dates, sundried tomato and just a tad of sprouted walnuts to hold it together in a food processor. And roll it in a ball :)
Something that is also good are "pesto" filled mushrooms or grape tomatoes. You take basil, sundried tomatoes, celery and a date or 2 and some lemon and blend it up and put it inside a mushroom or a tomato. It's super good.
Or you can also do the same thing and marinate a big shiitake mushroom head as a "steak" with fresh herbs and things.
I also make a wonderful collard green wrap with sprouts, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, marinated mushrooms , stone ground homemade mustard, and anything else that seems good. I will have to take some pictures. :)

The most important thing Is keeping them full. Everyone I have over always says "wow. I am full but I don't feel that slow fullness that makes me tired. I feel satiated and content. " that's the most important thing because that is almost always the make or break of conversion. If you can show them they can be full , it's really helpful. :)

I will also make frozen banana ice cream for them which they really like. And make a big watermelon wheelbarrow I call it. I carve it into a basket and put a lot of fruit in. It looks beautiful and takes really good.
I'll also make date and banana balls. I blend up an even blend of both of them in a processor and then roll it in balls.
Those are really good. :) that should be a good help for now.

Love and light !!! Thank you so much for sharing others your world !!
Just so you know , this was just a splurge of information, not one mealworth. Lol!
Thought we should be clear. Combo abombo at its finest. :)

All my love
