Hey everyone,

Today - once again - someone told me "Sometimes I just crave protein". What a whole lot of rubbish!

I know we can't physiologically crave protein.

But does anyone here know what 'tastes' we can actually crave?

Is it as simple as: sweet, salty, sour, bitter and savoury?
