So far the only nanner smoothies ive made/Like are:
Banana, Date, Spinach
Banana, mixed berries
I like taste variety, banana and date all the time get me a little bored...
What are your favorites?! i need ideas
And is if ok to mix ORANGES with bananas? i remember i always used to love the flavor combo....but is it a no-no?

I love banana, mango and spinach. Very refreshing. Occasionally I add a date or two.
oh yeah that is nice! I think I had some kiwi in mine though so that might've changed the taste a little bit (and was probably a "bad" combo because of the acidic + sweet). but yeah whatever, bottom line: mango + banana + spinach = awesome. and the color is nice too :3
this is a good thread idea btw Jennelle... I think many can say that just bananas and dates becomes a bit boring after a while. would like to mix it up a bit.
banana mango all the way! to make it a really awesome treat, i refrigerate the smoothie for 30mins-1hr after blending it, then eat it with a spoon. chilling it gives it this super thick, creamy texture just like mousse. i actually prefer to use plantains for that, btw, if you're into those.
I used to Banana date a lot but lately I find that just bananas and water seems to taste better lol.
bananas and water for me! lots a water so it's like banana milk. used to use blueberry,s but they have not hit the store yet.
i make a similar smoothie two to three times a day for six months now:
1/3 to 1/2 pear
2 tablespoons tahini
a touch of ginger paste (just a touch!)
squeeze of lemon
i eat it in a bowl like soup
how do you make ginger paste?
