I havent been eating 100% for a little while now but I cant stop thinking about this lifestyle and its just so comforting for me! I want to make my way back to the fruity life but I need some inspiration. So, I was wondering...What are YOU eating today?!

lunch: grapes and celery
dinner: nectarines, salad (I'll figure it out what ingredients when I get home), and probably some dates for dessert

for evening I am making big salad with tomatoes, corn, zucchini, beets+tops, dill, chive, lime juice and avocado . AKA whatever is left before banana island salad .. lol
Permalink Reply by Kristi McKee on June 13, 2012 at 5:19am 17 Bananas, about 24 oz of OJ, and about 4 cups of Rasp, Blue and Blackberries blended into a smoothie. Lunch is cucumbers dipped in a sort of avocado dressing that i make, and dinner is yet to be decided

Lunch: 7 bananas.
Snack: Sunflower seeds.
Dinner: A huge salad with spinach, tomato, avocado, parsley and lemon juice.
Had about 2.5 lts of water throughout the day plus some mint herbal tea as it's really cold now where I am.
Best of luck with getting back on track. You can do it!!! :) And you'll feel soooo much better too.

Permalink Reply by Elizabeth Rivas on June 14, 2012 at 3:18pm 3mangos with 2 bananas 1 liter bottle of water to start. for lunch 6 dates covered in coconut shavings, cucumber and orange sprinkled with lemon peper, chili con lemon, and a pinch of salt, dinner jasmine and wild rice blend, and a salad with a kind of tamerined dressing that i made in the ninja blender (mango, large ripe plum with a 1/2 cup of water, and mrs dash and a dash of chipolte tasbasco)
Since i am really new to the hcrv diet i am not sure was freelee or DR would say about the seasoning. Freele said to stick to monomeals and I am struggleing with that still. some days are better than most.
What did you have today.
Permalink Reply by Elizabeth Rivas on June 14, 2012 at 3:24pm Just a side note i made banana ice cream (no cream of course) using bananas and dates with some water and cinnimon like a frozen dateorade those are in my freezer for when I want a treat. My only note would be that you have to take then our of the freezer about 20-30 mins before you eat it since there is no cream in it it's the consistancy of frozen bananas when you first take it out.
