I've been vegan for the past year and a half, and I have recently started researching the raw lifestyle, particularly HCRV. My problem is, that as I've been introducing more fruit and veg in my diet, I'm experiencing horrific, searing stomach pain/ indigestion. It feels like I've tried everything - different fruits, mono meals, and eating on an empty stomach (or at least, I hadn't eaten for about 13 hours). I always get the same result. For example, I had a 7 banana smoothie this morning, and by 10 am I was doubled over in pain at work.
Does this happen to anyone else?
