Hi folks,
just wanted to ask if anyone of you has experienced something similar: my looks are changing! And I don't mean losing weight or anything like that. My hair is going light blond, like it hasn't been since I was a little child. Yes, I'm a natural blond, but my hair has been going darker as I grow older. Now it's back to baby-blond. And: My eyes are getting bluer. I always had very blue eyes obviously, but now they are a deeper blue, much more intense. People are asking me if I wear contacts. Not that I'm complaining - I'm loving it! But it is very weird!

Permalink Reply by Vice Abattoir on well, the deeper blue would be due to contract to either your skin tone or your hair, your hair could be getting lighter due to summer and the sun. I'm glad you like your changes =D
Permalink Reply by Steffi Ann on Yes, maybe the blue is just in contrast to the hair. But I haven't been in the sun - none around in no-summer-this-year-germany, haha. So I'm concluding it's from our healthy diet. I have heard of people actually changing their eye color like from brown to blue like kristina carrillo-bucaram. anyway, my hair has never been blonder, shinier and thicker than it is now. Quite amazing after I initially lost alot of hair when I went 801010 which scared me. Guess it's all growing back and more!
Might be of interest - I worked in what can only be described as "a cupboard" from 8am to 8pm for about a year, one time.
Because I literally didn't see sunlight at all most days of the week - by the end of the year, I noticed my irises had gone from darkish blue to lightish blue.
I think also, when you get a tan, it always seems like the hair/ eyes are getting lighter - and maybe for some people the sun does that too...interesting...

Permalink Reply by Steffi Ann on that's amazing, hailey! and peter - it might just happen to you too. all I can say is that I haven't been in the sun, no tanning, nothing. my eyes are not getting lighter, just bluer. and my hair looks sun-dyed, but it isn't at all. I'm going on vacation in august - will be interesting to see what happens when I actually do get sun! probably my hair will go white, my skin black and my eyes will start glowing - I'll look like an alien, haha!
